Morning Preparation – 6:00 AM
The Arizona sun hasn’t quite peaked over the horizon when I arrive at the Four Seasons Home Services headquarters. The morning starts with our daily team briefing, where we review the day’s service appointments across the Valley. Today’s schedule includes stops in Paradise Valley and Anthem – quite the geographic spread!
First Call – 7:30 AM
Our first appointment is an AC installation in Paradise Valley. The desert heat doesn’t forgive, so we make sure to start early. The customer’s existing unit is reaching its end of life, and with summer approaching, timing is crucial. We carefully remove the old system and prepare the area for the new installation.
Midday – 12:00 PM
After completing the morning installation, I grab a quick lunch before heading to Anthem for an emergency furnace diagnostic. Even though Phoenix is known for its heat, those desert nights can get surprisingly cold during winter months.
Afternoon Service – 2:00 PM
The day continues with routine maintenance calls in Cave Creek. Our preventive maintenance program helps customers avoid those dreaded emergency breakdowns. I check:
• Filter conditions
• Electrical connections
• Thermostat calibration
• System performance
• Ductwork integrity
End of Day – 5:00 PM
Before heading back to headquarters, I complete my service documentation and prepare for tomorrow. Working in climate control across the Phoenix metropolitan area means every day brings unique challenges and opportunities to help our community stay comfortable.
The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that families across Sun City, Deer Valley, and beyond can rely on their heating and cooling systems, regardless of what Mother Nature throws their way.
Remember, in our industry, we’re not just fixing machines – we’re providing comfort and peace of mind to our neighbors throughout the Valley.
